Before you send. If you're a consumer you have 14 days from purchase. For Logo, Mini site and Site with animations, if you withdraw before delivery I refund you in full; once the work is delivered, the right of withdrawal ends. Everything is explained in section 7 of the Terms of service. Merch is handled on Spreadshop.
