Not so many years ago, an “AI-made website” sounded like a toy: generic layouts, odd texts, results you'd throw away. In 2026 that's no longer true. With today's tools you can deliver a showcase website that is clean, responsive and fast, designed for phone and computer — at a lower price than what handcrafted or agency work used to ask (and often still asks) for similar quality.

It's not a promise that every site will always reach 100: each delivery has to be measured on your material. But it's proof that a site made this way can be very fast, not a slow toy.

What's included in the Mini showcase site

List price: from 300€; 425€ if you also want animations (smooth scroll transitions and animated entrances, like on the services page). Either way, the site is designed for phone and computer. The logo is a separate service, at 125€.

You get:

• a showcase page with responsive design
• 1 round of changes included
• an address like nome.vera.here.now
• i HTML files of the site, handed over with the work: so you already have them and can publish it wherever you like, even forever
• the site kept online for at least 12 months on our hosting (this is the minimum period we publish it ourselves; if needed, we can change host during that period)
• delivery usually within 48 hours, in any case within 7 days from when I receive logo, photos and texts

How to order: you message me, I confirm timing and price, I send you the payment link privately, you send me the material and you get the site. No automatic purchases. I never ask for passwords in DMs.

What's not included

An agency or studio can usually offer you things that this service doesn't include. For example:

• A .it (or .com) domain in your name — the price includes the here.now link, not buying the domain. If you want your own, you buy it; I can help you connect it. I give you the HTML files on delivery.
• Ongoing service / monthly maintenance — here you get one round of changes on delivery, not a year-round support contract.
• On-site photo shoot or filming — you send the photos (or have them taken). I don't come to photograph your premises.
• Multi-page sites, e-commerce, members' areas, apps — the Mini site is a showcase page, not a complex project.
• Copywriting and brand strategy from scratch — you send me logo, photos and texts; it's not a full copywriting or branding package.
• Ad campaigns, social media management, ongoing SEO — not part of the Mini site.

If you need any of these in a structured way, an agency or a dedicated professional may be the right choice. If you need to be online properly, quickly, with a clear price, that's what the Mini site is for.

Why it costs less

A well-made showcase website used to take weeks and a project budget. Today part of the repetitive work (structure, clean code, adapting to phone and computer, basic optimisation) is done faster with AI, under human oversight. That's where the saving is: fewer wasted hours, not quality thrown away.

I confirm the final price in the quote, without VAT (occasional service).

Who this service is for

It's a good fit if you already have (or almost have) a logo, a few decent photos and the essential texts, and want a clear page: who you are, what you do, how to reach you.

It's not a good fit if you need an online shop, ten sections, professional photos to be produced, or someone to look after you every month. In those cases an agency or a web designer with an ongoing support agreement is better.

What exactly do I get?

A responsive showcase page, 1 round of changes, a link like nome.vera.here.now, the site's HTML files and publication on our hosting for at least 12 months. Delivery usually within 48 hours, in any case within 7 days of receiving the material.

What does “online for at least 12 months” mean?

It doesn't mean the site is yours for only a year. On delivery I give you the HTML files: you already have them, and you can publish it wherever you like, even forever. The 12 months are the minimum period we keep it online ourselves, on our hosting. If that host has a problem, it doesn't depend on us: if needed, during those months we can move it to another host, and I'll let you know. After 12 months it stays online as long as I keep the service running; if one day it could no longer stay there, I'll let you know at least 30 days in advance.

What don't you do compared with an agency?

I don't include a paid domain, monthly support, on-site photo shoots, multi-page sites or e-commerce, full copywriting and branding, or ad and social media management. Agencies often do: if you need those things, it's better to go to them.

Do I need to have photos and texts already?

Yes: after confirmation you send me logo, photos and texts. Without material I don't start (and if it doesn't arrive within 30 days, I refund you in full, as per the terms).

Can I have my own domain?

Yes, if you buy it yourself in your name. It's not included in the Mini site price. I give you the HTML files on delivery, so you can publish it wherever you like.
