How it works
- 1Tell me what you need
Press “Request a quote”: a ready-made email opens. You can also message me by DM on Instagram.
- 2I confirm timing and price
I'm the one who replies: if it can be done, I tell you when and how much, before anything else.
- 3I send you the payment link
If you're happy, I send you the secure payment link privately: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No account needed.
- 4You send me logo, photos and texts
By DM on Instagram (@vera.nonvera), on the social network you choose or by email. If you have a VAT number, also send me your VAT number, company name and registered office: I need them to make your site compliant, because by Italian law they must appear at the bottom of the page. I use them for this and to make out the receipt to you (I don't issue invoices).
- 5You get your site
Usually within 48 hours, in any case within 7 days of receiving the material, with 1 round of changes.
Delivery and withdrawal
- Usually within 48 hours, in any case within 7 days of receiving logo, photos and texts. If the material doesn't arrive within 30 days, I refund you in full.
- Online for at least 12 months; before any shutdown I'll let you know 30 days in advance and send you all the files.
- Withdrawal: 14 days. When paying (via the link I send you) you ask me to start straight away. If you withdraw before delivery I refund you in full; once the site is delivered, the right of withdrawal ends.
- Price from 300 €: I confirm the final one in the quote, outside the scope of VAT: occasional service.
